Remarks
Operations like solving a system of simultaneous linear
equations require the matrix to be of full rank. When it is not
of full rank, and therefore singular, a MatrixSingularException is
thrown.
You can avoid this exception by first calling the matrix or decomposition's IsSingular() method. If this method returns true, then proceding with the operation will result in a MatrixSingularException.
