Extreme Optimization Statistics Library for .NET
Product Overview
The Extreme Optimization Statistics Library for .NETis an extensive .NET library for statistical analysis
of data and related procedures. It is the only statistical library for .NET
that is not just a collection of algorithms but a fully integrated
framework for statistical computing. In addition, it has the
following unique features:
-
Support for over 20 probability distributions.
- A General Linear Model approach for unified
treatment
of regression and ANOVA models as well as more complicated designs.
- Inference and
validation tests are integrated with statistical models.
- 4
robust random number generators.
- Fully
compliant with Microsoft's Design
Guidelines for Class Library Developers.
Features at a glance:
-
Descriptive statistics: a full range of measures of both numerical and
categorical data.
- Regression and Analysis of variance: built on a General
Linear Model (GLM) approach, perform simple, multiple and polynomial regression, one
way and two way analysis of variance easily.
- Hypothesis tests: verify your analysis using tests for
mean and variance, goodness-of-fit and homogeneity of variances.
- 18
continuous statistical distributions
including: uniform, normal, exponential, chi-squared, student-t, F-ratio, and
Weibull distributions.
-
8 discrete
distributions
including: uniform, binomial, geometric, hypergeometric, Poisson and
user-defined distributions.
-
All distributions come with methods to calculate the
probability density function (PDF), cumulative probability
function (CDF), mean, variance, percentile (inverse CDF),
and methods to generate random samples
.
-
4 high-quality random number generators , including the
Mersenne Twister.
-
Classes for working with one-dimensional histograms.
You can download a fully functional 60-day trial version.
