Also called one hot encoding. Every level except the reference level is encoded using a binary variable.

categoryIndex
Type: Extreme.DataAnalysisIIndex
An index that specifies the levels.
referenceLevel (Optional)
Type: SystemInt32
The zero-based index of the reference level. A negative value indicates the level is counted from the end.
