Parameters

vector  ICategoricalVector
The categorical vector to apply the encoding to.
referenceLevel  Int32  (Optional)
The zero-based index of the reference level. A negative value indicates the level is counted from the end.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type ICategoricalVector. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
