Parameters

row  Int32
The zero-based row index of the element to get or set.
column  Int32
The zero-based column index of the element to get or set.

Return Value

Boolean
true if you can change the value of this element; otherwise false.

Remarks

If you attempt to set a element that is read-only, an exception of type ComponentReadOnlyException is thrown. To avoid this, you can call this method before you attempt to set the element to verify that it can be changed.
